Just that we are very very grateful for our staff and we really look forward to getting into the schools and seeing as many people as we can.

American Education Week Resolution

We are recommending approval of the lowest bidder, which is Brennan Construction Company. W has worked with us through this process as our engineers. They have vetted the companies, made sure everything in the contract looks good. So the recommendation is moving forward with that and it did come in under what was budgeted. So that is also another positive.

Bid Approval for RTU HVAC Replacement at Woodcrest Management

So, we did the bid very early knowing that some of these units can take a really long time to be um manufactured, delivered. So, we tried to get out ahead of it as early as we could. And so, the sum it will be for summer work of 2027.
