We're lowest in the county for peer groups actually southeastern Pennsylvania when it comes to number of personnel in teaching and learning versus the size of the district and the scope of what we're being asked to do.

Achievement has been, um, I know I watched the board meeting last night. Like that is the popcorn kernels, Mr. Ross, I believe you were talking about that was that was Dr. Ben. Oh, Dr. Ben. Okay. Sorry. Um, so we are still working on that achievement piece and obviously when we get kids at the high school level, they've had um several years of maybe unfinished learning or have come new to our district.

our initial designation which was for 4 years cuz we this is our fifth year of designation was our student group that we were designated for was underperformance for our students with disabilities. That's no longer the group... But now it's our economically disadvantaged Hispanic and two or more race students that are missing the mark.

So it's really about how as a district we can respond to those needs that might be the barrier to attendance.

What is interesting when you look at these numbers, you know, either elementary or secondary, there hasn't been any movement in any direction, you know, from 23 to now which goes into we're in our second year of character strong.

950 students from fall to spring. So, in less than a 10-month period, we moved 950 students into tier 1, meaning on or above grade level for reading and K8.

10th grade focuses on geometry, 194 point increase, almost two years worth of academic growth in one academic school year. Had tip to those teachers in geometry teaching grade 10.
