Approving the Addition of an ADA Accessible Walkway at Davis

Facility Use Exception for Warminster Symphony Orchestra

Awarding Contract for William Tenant Baseball Field Outfield Fence Replacement
The contract for replacing the outfield fence at the William Tenant baseball field is recommended to be awarded to Five County Fencing for an amount not to exceed $19,799. The project includes installing an 8-foot tall, 630-foot-long commercial-grade black vinyl fence with a new bottom rail, which currently does not exist and is a key improvement. Seventeen existing posts will also be leveled and re-secured, or replaced if necessary. The commercial gauge of the fencing was highlighted for its durability and safety compared to residential options.
Awarding District-wide Security System Monitoring Contract
The district recommends awarding the security system monitoring contract for all buildings to Access Security Group. The cost is not to exceed $10,014, which is a rate similar to the previous year. Access Security Group has been providing monitoring services, including cameras, for the district for several years.
