Um, as is customary in reorg meetings, there is a moment to recognize any members of the board who are departing tonight. The two departing board members are not present. And I will just read a brief statement first regarding Mr. Mark Ginhard. Mr. Ginhard served on the board for four years, being elected in 2022. During his time on the board, Mr. Ginhard served on the education and student services committee, the operations committee, labor relations committee, the administrative policy committee, citizens policy committee, legislative council, school safety committee, and as a liaison to McDonald Elementary. Mr. Ginhard made quite an impact in his four years in the district and we thank him for his service. Mrs. Branado served on the board for eight years after being elected in 2017. During her time on the board, Mrs. Branado served on the operations committee and the labor relations committee and as a building liaison for Willowdale log college and CSSCA. In addition, she served on the MBIT board. Prior to joining the board, she was bus driver in the transportation department. And we thank Mrs. Branado for her service as well. and as board president for 2025. Back to you, Mr. Godson. >> Thank you. And certainly I want to say thank you to all those board members that are leaving us tonight. Um but moving on to the election of a temporary president. Uh, we found out that there was another Ivy Lander that was a the first Ivy Lander to serve because well I you know because I thought maybe it was you cuz the 50 years I've been around there hasn't been one. But my historian over there, Commissioner Martin [laughter] who was raised in Ivy Land told me his his dad >> was >> was a school board. >> He was the first female. first female. >> Yeah, you're you're pro that's probably a good bet. The first female commissioner. Can we go with that? [laughter] >> Okay. Anyway, uh I just got to say a couple words. First of all, I appreciate the kindness that Mrs. Depalo and S have shown uh my family. I have four people that are Ivy Landers. Okay, one of them is probably watching tonight. I don't know where the other three are, but uh but Kristen and S have been nothing but kind to me and and and my family, and I really appreciate that. You know, they're they're they're you know, super Ivy Landers because, you know, they're you know, and hey, the Ivy Landers are proud of that. But getting on with Mrs. Depalo, uh you know what a super mom is? you know, it's that it's that person that runs around and does a lot of stuff, okay, for her her daughters and and is active in, you know, in the community and active here at William Tennant, okay? She was a volunteer for the parent advisory committee. She was on the home and school association. She's a and Mr. Artline knows this. She's a marching band parent and part of the booster club. And again, she's always over at Ivy Land doing whatever they have. The bonfire, the peak, the old peach festival, the Ivy Land 4K run, you know, have an event. You'll see Christa. So, and her daughter's going to hold the Bible for her and we're going to get underway here. And I've always had it and I said finally I have an opportunity to use it. [laughter] >> And it's a good opportunity. >> That's right. >> Mrs. Kger, when I saw this, you know, you just literature comes to your house and I saw this and it blew me away. She has 45 years of Wall Street financial experience, okay? Which which cannot, you know, which cannot be undersold, okay? If you look on LinkedIn, okay, you'll see a lot of testimonials from people she worked with up in New York and they're pretty much all complimentary, okay, about how efficient she is and, you know, how knowledgeable she is and all that stuff, which is really important, really important to this board, okay? She's on the village of Five Ponds Homeowners Association board. She's on the Warminster Township Pension Investment Committee. You know, Kenny Hayes and all those supervisors had enough sense to do that. Okay. She's a volunteer for Ali's Orchestra, which I don't know what that is, but you can tell the folks if you'd like. Ali's Orchestra was founded in um honor of my grandson who was diagnosed at 9 months with uh ATRT which is atypical raboid tumor which is cancer of the central nervous system. Um they basically music was his lifeline and they have founded an or my daughter has founded an organization with her husband that provides musical instruments and lessons to pediatric oncology patients throughout the country. >> [applause] >> And there's a there's a few folks from Five Ponds here.
