Major construction is coming to Highway 65 in Blaine. It will start next spring and last until 2029. Mindot is hosting twoformational meetings about what to expect in the coming years. The meetings are on Tuesday, November 18th and Wednesday, November 19th. There's an open house and conversations from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with presentations at 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. The meetings will be at Blaine City Hall in the Cloverleaf conference room. MDOT staff will be on hand to explain the project and answer questions, including community and traffic impacts, overall design, and the proposed construction schedule.
