Over the next four years, starting in 2026, we're going to be rebuilding four of the interchanges on the Highway 99th, 105th, 109th, and 117th. We're going to be taking Highway 65 over the top of those four side streets. Yeah, we're talking about the details of the project and what we hope to accomplish and what we will accomplish and answering questions to the public about staging, you know, what we're going to be doing each of the four years and providing a basically a tentative uh timeline that is subject to change. We've been stressing that fact with people that once a contractor comes on board, they may look at the project and decide that we're going to reorder things or we're going to do something else to save money and save time. Well, right now the estimate for the project is about 180 million. So, I would consider this a very major project. And just the fact of all the work that's going to be done on the four interchanges plus the frontage, backage roads, roundabouts, uh trail, a new pedestrian bridge between 113th and 114th, and the length of time, 4 years. It's a long time for construction. We will do our best to keep Highway 65 open, two lanes in each direction. However, we will be having times when we have to be down to a single lane. We're going to be closing the cross streets and detouring traffic. Uh but we will make sure that the signs up, people know where to go. Big part of this project is going to be communicating with the public and with the businesses along here. We're looking at this as being a travel shed and we're looking at Cambridge all the way down through Spring Lake Park and beyond. So, that's where our communication efforts are going. I strongly encourage people to sign up for the govd email alerts and that they can find on our website because that's going to be a good source. But we're going to use Facebook. We're going to use X. We're going to use other communication methods to get that word out. It's going to be a freeway just like 35W is. And they carry about the same volume of traffic, which kind of surprised me when I heard it.
