Uh it's a great day for the city of Spring Lake Park. Uh but in front of us here or in the building, we have the Spring Lake Park High School team, class 5A champions, the coaches and some of their staff and and some parents probably here. So that's all a great great thing. It's a huge honor. Um it's my school. Kenny went there, Barbara went there. So, you got three alumni up here that are sitting up here in the council. So, it's a great day. It's a great day. Um, mayor's proclamation honoring the Spring Lake Park High School Panthers football team 2025 MHSL class 5A state champions December 1st, 2025. The Panthers achievement reflects positive on the city of Spring Lake Park and serves as an inspiration to youth throughout the community. Now therefore, I, Robert Nelson, mayor of Spring Lake Park, Minnesota, on behalf of the city council, to hereby proclaim December 1st, 2025 as Spring Lake Park Panthers football day. you. This is quite an honor. And um I I'll be selfish. There's I I was looking at one from 1991 up there and thought how fun it's going to be to put one up from 2025. So this this is special. Um Spring Lake Park is special. I think we saw what an amazing community it is with the support we saw throughout the playoffs and and just the excitement that a community can have. >> Yeah. Our success is just a reflection of everyone's dedication to uh the grind and to each other. And so it's just an honor to be able to represent the community and the city in such a way and uh come out with a victory.
