It seems like when a developer comes in and wants to build something, the council is more accommodating to outside forces and there are other agendas that seem to be more important than the current residents.

When I feel like people get up and present something like that and it's such an outright lie because there's no way you can put that much density into a space and not say it's going to affect traffic.

There'll be room to manipulate that with the understanding that overall there isn't a lot of room in this park in general.
