hi hi meeting's closed everybody ready to go into the next one H pull it up like to open the January 27th make a motion to adopt the agenda second let me get to it here if I a motion and a second all in favor all I should be calling that meeting to order anyways oh yeah I'm sorry so that's right no I'm sorry you did it so that's done oh my gosh bear with me one second here not working this computer want winging a little or no just give me one second I'll get it here there we go all right okay we had a meeting called order and J 3.0 you want to run with that one sure um I believe it's Mr President and Commissioners um we had the appointment of the 2025 officers uh you'll see on there the prior officers were chairperson was uh Jim Smith uh Vice chairperson Tim Miller and former mayor Kevin Lewis was secretary and um we need to select new can be the same not the last one but uh can be the same if You' like but uh we would need to select uh the three members here for um for year 2025 I take interested Susan no I'll be secretary I I'll nominate pres Jim Smith and Tim Miller has the same is that a motion I'll make a motion have a motion any discussion a second oh God I keep thinking second second we have a motion a second any discussion all in favor I hi hi opposed none heard 4.0 approval of October 28th 2024 H make a motion to approve the minutes we have a second second any discussion all in favor I abstain opposed none heard 5.0 you want to run that one Mr chair uh we're looking at the uh resolution to designate the official newspaper for the H for 2025 and uh you recall that the city council selected isan shago County Star as their um uh paper for 2025 and if you so wish you can do the same for the HRA or you can use the inoka county Union Herald I think the star had $3 an inch and the no County had 11 11 dollar an inch do we have a motion I'll make a motion to accept the isan star as our official newspaper second that second any discussion proceed to vote all in favor I opposed none heard six Mr chair uh this is adoption of resolution 20253 designating the official depositories for the East bethl Housing and Redevelopment Authority and uh note here the same as the city I believe First Bank and Trust and 4m fund and this is uh the same as it was last year make a motion to approve resolution 20 25-3 destination official depository second we have a first or motion and a second any discussion proceed to vote all in favor I I opposed none heard make motion to adjourn second have a motion and a second to adjourn any discussion all in favor hi done
