IT Division Update Mike Grundman, Information Technology Manager, provided a review of the IT Division and its employees, projects and future projects. A special emphasis was made regarding cybersecurity. ## 2. Finance Update – June 2026 Year-To-Date Joe Starks, Finance Director, provided a regular update to the City Council regarding the City’s financial condition. All budgets are on target and no concerns were identified.
