Transportation Funding Requests – Status Update Jim Kosluchar, Public Works Director, provided a review of several Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for which the City of Fridley is pursuing grant funding. ## 2. Chapter 5 of the City Charter, City Council Discussion Wally Wysopal, City Manager, provided background to the item and the City Council shared their thoughts pertaining to the reduction in the threshold for signatures for petitions and initiatives.
