Summary of Summer Code Enforcement Activity Isaac Hepper, Code Enforcement Intern, along with Community Development Staff, presented a summary of code enforcement activities that took place over the summer as part of the systematic code enforcement program. ## 2. Proposed 2027-2031 Capital Investment Program (CIP) Discussion Joe Starks, Finance Director, provided a review of the proposed Capital Investment Program (CIP) for 2027-2031. This represents the first major element of the 2027 budget process.
