2023-24 World's Best Workforce Summary and Achievement and Integration Progress Report
The report reviewed multi-year goals including kindergarten readiness (Fastbridge data), College and Career Readiness (12 college credits by 12th grade, developmental education rates), and graduation rates (4-year and 7-year, with a dip noted for 2023 overall). Achievement Integration goals focused on increasing racial/economic integration, reducing disparities, and increasing BIPO teachers (currently at 6.5%). Willow Elementary's specific goals, including a partnership with Otter Lake for student leadership, were detailed. The board inquired about the graduation rate dip and the measurement of confidence/leadership skills.
