The time is 10:19 a.m. I would ask that the minutes reflect that notice of this public hearing was published on June 30th, 2025 in the Ina County Union, informing the public that a hearing would occur during the regular meeting of the HA board on today, July 22nd, allowing the public comment on a proposed reallocation of a portion of Anoka County's program year 2025 CDBG funds. Before we receive any public comments, Renee Sandy, the community development manager, will address the board with an overview of the proposed changes. >> Rene, welcome. >> Good morning, Mr. Chair and trustees. I'm Renee Sandy uh with the community development department. Uh basically, uh worked with Alexander House. they are in need of an updated fire suppression system at their facility um that serves domestic abuse victims um and sometimes homeless families as well if they have space available for that. Um initially they were awarded $330,000 in CDBG funds back in March um after they went through the bidding process and excuse me in further discussions with the city. They are not going to be allowed to grandfather in their old system. they need to have a more extensive system which is going to include some additional construction cost with that. So, they are requesting an additional $120,000 today. >> All right. We will now begin the uh public comment portion of the hearing. But before we do, it's my understanding that we did not receive any written comments in advance. Is that correct? >> No written comments. >> All right.
