Uh the only action item well you have two action items I guess two things happening today. One is the um committee approving the resolution 20252 the H's adoption on a proposed budget and special benefit levy um in the attached resolution. Um I believe you guys fortunately I wasn't able to be at the management meeting but staff went over the budget with you. So just wondering if you have any questions happy to answer them. Otherwise that's the item that's on before you. Okay, thank you, Tanya. Um, any questions? I first of all, I want to thank um, Trusty Jeepson for filling in for me on the meeting, on the 9th, I believe. I'm Rene Sandy with the community development department. Uh here for the public hearing this morning. >> Ready? >> Yes. Do you have any presentation before he opens it? Uh certainly. At this time, I will open the public hearing portion of the meeting. The time is 11:19 a.m. I would ask that the minutes reflect that the notice of the public hearing was published September 5th, 2025 in the Enoka County Union, informing the public that a hearing would occur during the regular meeting of the HA board on September 23rd, which is today to allow public comment on the cons 2024 consolidated annual performance and evaluation report. Before I open it up to public comments, uh Renee Sandy, the lead program specialist, will address the board with an overview of the report. Thank you. Right. >> Good morning, trustees. Um, our community development block grant dollars, aka CDBG, um, for the program year 2024, which was from July 1st, 2024 through June 30th, 2025, were invested in a variety of programs serving low moderate in individuals in our community. uh in the areas that the investments were made. Uh preserving and improving housing. Uh we funded our CDBG single family rehab loan program. Um under the category of serving homeless persons. CDBG funds were invested in supporting emergency housing projects including Alexandra House, Touchstone Mental Health, and The Dwelling Place. Our public service funds served over 44,100 in low moderate income individuals in Anoka County. We also supported economic development initiatives. One loan was provided creating five new jobs for low moderate individuals within the county. And finally, our public facility projects included several public facility improvements that were funded in the cities of Fidley, Spring Lake Park, and Columbia Heights during program year 2024. Great. >> All right. Thank you. We will now begin the public comment portion of the hearing. Uh before we do solicit public comments, did we receive any comments in advance? >> No. >> Okay. Thank you. If there are any members of the public who wish to provide comment, now is your opportunity. Please take turn stepping up to the podium.
