Uh I have no chair's remarks for you today on regional rail authority, but we will next consider resolution 2026-3, establishment of certain rules and procedures and designation of a public meeting notice facility and legal publication for the Ina County Regional Rail Authority for 2026. >> Is there an offer? And forformational purposes, uh we are going to note that uh the regional rail authority management committee is now all seven board members of the regional rail. There's no longer a specific small management committee. So if there's ever a meeting for regional rail, it's just considered a meeting. >> Yes. Um, anybody have comments on that? Um, so last week you had mentioned that you were meeting with the new chair of Met Council >> and I just was curious if you are prepared to comment on how that meeting went and how you represented Anoka County during that conversation. >> Absolutely. Uh, we had a good meeting. Um her name is Robin Hutcherson and she's new to the chair of the Met Council. She uh really just wanted an introductory meeting to get to know me and me to get to know her. And we did discuss uh Northstar ramping down and its implications and the bus schedules and we discussed quite a bit about that. And then we moved on to u parks and the importance Noa County parks places on their relationship with the Met Council. Um, beyond that, uh, she was surprised to learn that Anoka County is really concerned about transit and that we think it's important and that we think we need more of it, uh, to provide transit to our residents in the outer reaches of our county who currently aren't served. U, we talked about the fine, the importance of that and that coming into being. >> Um, I think that was really all of a lot of personal information. I know a lot more about her and her family if you'd like to know, but we'll keep that off the mic. >> And she knows more about me, probably more than I'd like her to.
