Um the first item up is the final adoption of the final budget and special benefit levy for the H. The committee recommends the AC board of trustees authorize the executive director to negotiate a replacement for joint powers agreement and replacement right of first offer with the city of Ham Lake. >> Yes. Um, chair and trustees, this is related to our the building that we own in Ham Lake. um the bonds are going to be defeased at the end of January. And so this is just our negotiating kind of potential use of their funds that are sitting in the H buckets um to do some rehab and then also just agreement going forward and how we're going to operate the building and how they want us to to deal with the additional property that's there. Uh the next one is um the committee recommends the AC board of trustees approve contract C 0012027. A professional services agreement with MKC Inc. for prevailing wage Davis Bacon Consulting Services on Community Development Block Grant funded projects for the two-year term commencing January 1st, 2026 with up to two two-year renewals with costs not to exceed 60,000 annually. >> Tanya, >> uh chair and trustees, um this is related to our community development block grant um program. a lot of the proper projects um and um the projects trigger Davis Bacon and so there's um paperwork and weekly payrolls and things that that have to be collected and interviews that have to be done and she helps us out with that uh process. Takes a lot of very specific expertise to make sure that we got all the eyes dotted and tees crossed um for that particular >> um regulation. So, it's nice to have someone with her background helping us with that. She's been a long-standing um entity that we've contracted with. And again, it's up to 60,000. So, if we don't she only does two projects, then we only pay her for two. It's not a She absolutely gets 60,000. It's a per project amount. >> Excellent.
