The term of 99 years... is an anacronistic contracting principle to just for the sake of having a term... it's just meant to signify the intent that the agreement will continue to exist in perpetuity.
That's at least $3 million worth of city assets that the taxpayers paid for. And my concern is we're giving them to a subcontractor... with no way to get them back.
