The next item on the agenda is a labor negotiation strategy discussion. The Open Meeting
Law, Minnesota Statute chapter 13D.03, subdivision 1(b), states that the School Board shall
close a meeting for the purpose of discussing labor negotiation strategies. During the closed
meeting, the Board will discuss possible strategies for labor negotiation discussions.
I will hereby entertain a motion that this meeting be closed for the purpose of labor
negotiation strategy discussions.
