The motion carried unanimously. 3.Approval of Minutes Ms. Hatanpa moved and Mr. Laven seconded a motion to approve the Economic Development Authority minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 26, 2026, as written. The motion carried unanimously. ## 4.Economic Development Authority Business A.Mr. Bornholdt stated that Capital Improvement Project 11203; Mankato Orness Plaza EDA RAD Conversion Improvements and appliance replacement, was advertised for public bidding beginning on March 13, 2026.
