we'll be looking for your appointments to each of the open positions and I would ask that you would have individual motions for each of the open positions the screen will go through each of the commissions one at a time and I have identified the open positions uh with the yellow highlights so it's easy to identify and the order that we would be looking at this evening would be first we'll do the Planning Commission then I'll have a screen for the Parks Commission and I will note with the aster those individuals if you remember applied for both the parks and the Planning Commission uh the Heritage preservation commission unfortunately we did not have any applicants that did apply but during your interview you asked the question if you're not appointed to the commission you applied for would you be interested in the HPC and those that did express interest I have documented on the last side so again they didn't apply for that but you asked their interest so um another thing to note would be some applicants who are alternates have applied as well so if you choose to appoint that alternate into an board member position you'll have to consider then looking at the alternate position
