National Public Works Week Mayor Ryan recognized the services provided by public works professionals in the departments of Fleet, Streets, Utilities, Parks, Facilities, and Engineering. 2. Invitation to Memorial Day Ceremony – May 25, 2026 Mayor Ryan invited residents to attend the Memorial Day Ceremony on May 25 at the Al Klingelhutz Memorial Pavilion at Lake Ann Park. ## CONSENT AGENDA: Councilmember McDonald moved, Councilmember Kimber seconded that the City Council approve the following consent agenda items 1 through 21 pursuant to the City Manager’s recommendations: ## 1.
