Civic Campus Update: June 2025

Construction on Chanhassen’s new City Hall continues to move forward smoothly and on schedule. Over the past month, crews completed the building’s roof, finished installing interior stone in the main corridor, and began work on the elevator and interior finishes. Tile is now installed—or nearly finished—in all bathrooms and, with mechanical and electrical work behind us, the focus has shifted toward bringing the interior to life. Looking ahead, things will keep moving quickly. Crews will begin pouring site concrete around Market Boulevard and along the perimeter of the building. Exterior glasswork is expected to wrap up in July, followed by the installation of sleek metal panels. Inside, wood finishes will start taking shape as the final details come together.
