At Monday's city council meeting, council got an update of the future Chanhassen [music] Community Center, taking a look at updated renderings, floor plans, design layouts, and furniture options. Last week, we told you about the Highway 5 improvement project and our handy little guide for Chanhassen residents that will help keep you informed about this important project. This week, we wanted to let you know that Carver County will be hosting an open house on that very topic, Wednesday, [music] March 25th at the Arburrito. Swing by to learn more, get some materials, and ask questions. Believe it or not, we are just one month away from our annual fantastic Easter egg candy hunt and coloring contest. If you want, you can go ahead and pre-register for the event on our website. Check the link in this video's description to do just that. Two quick notes. The egg hunt event will be located on the fields north of city hall, the library, and the civic campus construction fencing. This is the same location the event has [music] run in prior years, but due to civic campus construction impacts, the event space will be shifted slightly north. And we have something [music] new this year. You know, kids take their egg hunting very seriously. But this year, we've added [music] something brand new, a special egg hunt zone for kids ages two and under. This division is a little more collaborative. [music] Parents can help their little egg hunters collect eggs together. In the other zones though, the kids are the ones doing the collecting.
