[music] We have an action-packed city council meeting coming up this Monday. Topics include the 2026 budget and the property tax levy, an update on Highway 7, and an update on the Lake and Park Preserve. You're welcome to come. We'd love to have you. That's this coming Monday at 7:00 p.m. here at city hall. You know, normally when we need to reel off a quick rundown of things happening [music] around town, we call that a lightning round. Like for instance, we're hiring rink attendants who will help keep our ice rinks and warming houses safe and welcoming all season [music] long. We've also extended our yard waste collection over at our public works facility. Originally, that was November 14th. We're now going to extend it to November 26th. So, that's great news. So, that's an example of what we usually call a lightning round. But this week, we're going to do something a little different. Candy cane countdown of our holiday events. Grab a mug of cocoa cuz this list is about to get married. First up, the tree lighting ceremony. Live reindeer [music] treats. Bonfire, s'mores, carolers, a special visit from Santa, and the annual lighting of the holiday lights. The holiday market at the Chaness Rec Center where you can shop local [music] and realize that you definitely forgot someone on your list. Gingerbread decorating contest. Some of you create art. I create things that would [music] make our permitting staff put me on the naughty list. Tour of Lights. It's the one night a year when you can say, "Look over there." every 10 seconds and actually mean it. Santa's mailbox. Kids ask for toys. Adults ask for quiet mornings and working Wi-Fi. The fire department's toys collections drive. Donate a toy to help brighten a kid's holiday season. All season long, we're collecting food donations at city hall for local food shelves.
