And at Monday's special city council meeting, council approved several development agreements for the 412 unit Avianda apartments project, [music] marking the final step following previous project approvals. Discussion focused on parking concerns with the council emphasizing the need to monitor future demand and design nearby trails to minimize [music] disruption if more spaces are added later. Also, you should know that the city is currently reviewing a heritage tree ordinance, which would strengthen protections for the city's largest, most mature trees during project developments. These types of citywide policy updates aren't flashy. They don't always get a lot of attention, but we're here to tell you that they have a great impact on future city decisions. Think of it like updating the rule book before the game begins. Once play starts, everybody has to play as the rules are written. Once the game's being played, it gets [music] trickier.
