It is Thursday, September 25th, and this is the Chan check-in. And thank you to everybody who came out this week for our ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday. We are thrilled to watch our residents bring this building to life. That night, we held our very first city council meeting in this building. And at that meeting, council decided on its final and paired down guidance on Market Boulevard improvement efforts. They approved a site plan for a memory care facility at 1620 Arbreedom Boulevard. and they approved the final plat for Avienda Apartments. Council also unanimously adopted a resolution expressing strong support for Southwest Transit and other suburban transit providers. In development news, a planning commission recently recommended the approval of the Minawasha Apartments project with the condition that a temporary traffic signal be installed at the shared intersection with Minnotonka Middle School West until a roundabout can be constructed in 2028. There was also another condition that additional plantings buffer properties to the north and south of this proposed project.
