[0:01] i I want to be fully honest The first [0:03] time I came to your restaurant I was a [0:05] little bit nervous because I don't often [0:07] eat Thai food and so I had to ask my [0:10] co-workers what I should order and they [0:12] gave me some really great advice But if [0:13] I'm coming in for the first time and [0:15] it's my first time eating Thai food what [0:17] should someone try recommend them patai [0:20] first and the chicken curry So what what [0:23] is in chicken curry chicken curry that [0:25] the the chicken thigh that cooked with [0:27] the coconut milk and red curly paste and [0:30] bell pepper Is it really spicy is it [0:32] something it's kind of mild to medium [0:34] Everyone's palette's a little bit [0:36] different So we say like kind of mild to [0:39] medium right and some people will come [0:40] in and they're like "Knock their socks [0:42] off It's so hot." But then some people [0:44] come in and they're like "This is like [0:46] nothing
