[music] We are here live at Chanhasson's annual holiday tree lighting event. As you can tell, it is a fantastic event. Thank you to everyone who came out. This [music] is the start of Chanhasson's holiday season. So, let the holidays begin. At Monday's special city council work session, council reviewed updated designs and cost estimates for the Chanhassen Bluffs Community Center. They expressed their continued enthusiasm for the project, which is on track for a 2026 bid and [music] a 2028 completion with a public open house set for January 7th. A big congratulations to our two winners in our two honorable mentions at our annual gingerbread contest. [music] Your decorations looked fantastic. If you haven't been naughty this year, you'll hopefully get a lot of presents, which means a lot of cardboard boxes. [music] We recommend that you head to just outside our public works facility where you'll see a cardboard only recycling dumpster that we hope you'll take advantage of this holiday season. I know it's too soon to think about the holidays being over, but they will eventually, which means you'll probably need to get rid of your Christmas tree. And for that, we have here in Chanhass local Boy Scout troop number 174, [music] and they'll come to your house and they will take away your Christmas tree and recycle it properly.
