Well, I think this is pretty exciting. Um, so, uh, Mr. Moss, I appreciate you or Miss Jessie, I appreciate you going through the the details of the site plan, but, um, Mr. Moss, I appreciate you taking a minute or two to to introduce this. I mean, this is a a long time coming and, uh, a lot of hard work put, um, put in by every member of staff, um, city council, the commissions to get us to this point. Um, we appreciate the support obviously from the public and supporting the local option sales tax uh to get us to um to this day where we're approving a site plan for a new community center. I you know, we hear a lot about it in the community. We talk about it. Um this is a big moment for Chanhasson and and it's exciting to see that um we are going to keep our fingers crossed for um for good bids and and come back and and be in the ground yet this spring, right? Spring. Um so appreciate everybody's uh effort and in moving this along and and getting us to this uh this exciting day. So, um, I'm excited for everybody in this room and excited for our residents, uh, that we are now really officially moving forward with our community center.
