At the upcoming May 5th meeting, the council will continue discussing the potential construction of a second apartment building near the Santa Vera Drive and Chanhassen Elementary. They will also consider approvals for the Pioneer Ridge Town Home development proposed to be constructed near the intersection of Bluff Creek Drive and Pioneer Trail. Additionally, they will consider approving a purchase and gift agreement to acquire land for the future Chanhassen Bluffs Community Center. This is an important and exciting step in moving this project from planning to construction.
