[music] At Monday's city council meeting, council discussed their 2026 legislative priorities, a copy of which you can find in the new section on our website. They discussed the 2050 comprehensive plan. They adopted the 2026 fee schedule, and they approved the 2026 [music] final budget, 2026 to 2030 capital improvement plan, and a final 2025 property tax levy, which will be collectible [music] in 2026. If you really want to dig into the numbers, please do so. We're going to post a copy [music] of our finance director's presentation to council on Monday night on our website as well. For all of you amateur photographers out there, we'd love for you to participate in our heart of Chanhassen photo contest. [music] It's one of the ways that we celebrate all of Chanhassen's wonder. The deadline to submit is December 31st. So, we'll hope that you'll participate. For the hoopsters out there, our Chan Sports Small Fry and Star Age level basketball group start up in January. [music] So, make sure to sign up if you're interested. And pickle ball does not stop here in Chanhassen during the winter. If you head to our Chan Rec Center, we have open play, [music] ladder leagues, and private court rentals and lessons. Aloha, Chanhassen. It might be cold and snowy outside, but not on this majestic [music] piece of sidewalk between the new city hall and the Chanhassen Library. As part of the civic campus project, [music] we've added some heating elements underneath this sidewalk to keep the snow and ice off, making it safer for people walking between city hall and the library. Heated sidewalks, another [music] great feature of the Civic Campus project. What's next? Oh, only a splash pad, [music] playground, pickle ball courts, band shell concessions, lots of great amenities coming in 2026. Me? Well, I'll just be catching a [music] few rays on this concrete strip of paradise. We'll check in with you next week. [sighs]
