[0:33] Pioneer Ridge Town Home development

[0:35] proposed to be constructed near the

[0:37] intersection of Bluff Creek Drive and

[0:39] Pioneer Trail additionally they will

[0:40] consider approving a purchase and gift

[0:42] agreement to acquire land for the future

[0:44] Chanhassen Bluffs Community Center this

[0:46] is an important and exciting step in

[0:48] moving this project from planning to

[0:50] construction we have some big events

[0:51] coming up and for that we now go live to
