The I1 light industrial district... is something that we've talked about over the last however many years to have like a true industrial district.
If somebody wanted to sell and become a business, I have that right. And basically, it allows them to be to the current uses of say the R2 district... it's an interimm use.
I want to bring up is the sexually oriented uses are currently listed in your code and we are going to move them out of the other districts... and put them into the I1 district.
