All right, welcome back. At 8:29, we did exit the closed session and we reopened the regular city council meeting. So on December 28th, 2025, the city council met in close session to conduct an annual performance review of the city administrator under Minnesota State Statute 13D.05, 05 subdivision 3 provide that a public body may close a meeting to evaluate the performance of an individual who is subject to its authority. >> Note, you better note a change. Uh the public body shall identify the individual to be evaluated prior to close of the meeting and at the opening of the meeting the public body shall summarize its conclusion regarding the evaluation. The mayor and the city council members evaluate the city administrator in areas reflecting job knowledge abilities and core competencies. Nicholas Johnson was ranked as meeting expectations in the overall comp compilation of all categories. So with that, um, city council has recommended a step increase for the city administrator and I look for a motion to approve the employment agreement for the city administrator. >> Employment uh, evaluation statement first. >> Oh, I'm sorry. And unfortunately I had family stuff I had to take care of and I was not able to attend this year. Um but it sounds like it was cold. I had no other meetings. Um, just a side note that there will be no uh council meeting for December 22nd of this year as there's no business to take care of.
