Yeah. So that it's over an actual eating period versus after lunch but kind of too early for dinner probably. Yeah. >> And I think a lot of nap times around that 2 o'clock. >> Yeah. >> Aren't they? >> If people can come Yeah. with younger kids at that 11. Any other discussion on the music in the park? >> All right. On to number six. consider action on delegating authority for events at the disc golf course. >> Thank you, chair. So, this comes down to the park board from the city council. We had a request after we did our original openhouse and tournament. We had another request to have a tournament at the disc golf course and the original one had been approved by city council and then city council discussed it and they wanted to delegate those sorts of decisions down to the park board. It went well the discourse golf course is in. Let's give it to the park board where that belongs. So they delegated it down to the park board. So the then the question to the park board was uh do you guys want to handle those approvals or they discussed it at city council? Is that something you want to delegate down to staff? >> I have no preference. >> I mean what what would the decisions need to be made then? >> Anybody who requests to use the disc golf course for an event. I staff can handle that then. >> Yeah, I don't see >> because then it can you know then they have to wait till the next meeting and it's like if it's nothing major >> I mean bring it up at the next meeting type of thing. There's a tournament coming up you know >> we only really wanted to be involved in the last one was because we were it was kind of the grand opening >> open house portion. >> Yeah. I mean need to be aware whether or not do we need to help with food trucks or the events will they are they going to get their own food trucks that type of thing? Do they need to get a permit for that kind of thing? You know >> so for the the November 8th one that's coming up that council approved it's a private it's a private tournament event. So essentially we're closing down the course >> the course. >> So then the city will just post on Facebook and the website and say that the disc golf course isn't open to the public. We'll put a sign out there. >> Couple signs made and >> November 8th discourse closed for private tournament. >> So that'd be the only thing is we just need to make have to have like three or four signs made up that are disc golf says disc golf is closed for event >> and keep it that way. Just put a date on there and wipe it off and put it for the next one. probably do a sheet of paper, laminate it, staple it to a piece of L, put it on near the first teapad, >> right? >> And because everybody starts there. >> Yeah. Yeah, >> rather than the concert. They just need to know the date for that. Um the Lions Club has confirmed that they will do uh their food and beverage that they normally do. Um when to hear back on the clauses, the fire department is aware that we would like them to do that again this year. And uh for crafts, I was just emailing them today. They are open on the date uh with but there's some new people there so they weren't sure what was done with years past. So, they had talked about since it'll be cold, can they do craft kits that uh kids can take home? And when I emailed them back, I said, "Well, we do put you in the community center so you have warm space." But toss out ideas. We're willing to hear what you got. >> Yeah. >> So, it sounds like they're a go. was just uh what they're going to do specifically, >> you know, to go kits and then kits they can do on site cuz, you know, kid gets a little fussy and not going to do it there. Um, they the company came back and prepared what they needed to repaired. So, we will be releasing second half payment.
