I think next month what we're uh our intention is to give you one report rather than three, and it'll be all encompassed in in one report.

It is uh they they even have a um uh dashboard, like an executive view dashboard that you can pull up and everything is on one page, which is kind of what, you know, our we've wanted from the beginning.

So right now we are projecting a 22% increase. I had budgeted prior for 40% because we were originally being told it could be as high as 42. Um and then I believe the other company that bid was Cigna. That's right. But they were above what the counter from uh Anthem was. So basically I reworked all of the personnel keys when I plugged in the 22% projections on that.

The way I yeah the way I understand it is the $20,000 that's currently outside of the cannabis fund that is basically a pilot for if somebody needs to have repairs that you know we can assess the taxes we can recoup and then I will build it up into a self sustaining fund over time whereas if you did it in there that self sustaining fund would have a 10 year shelf life.

So, the the Alloy uh funding is for them to act as the city's economic development agent. Uh I think that that's a a valuable program. They also manage our um some of our CRAs and help with our tax exemptions. Uh they help with development agreements when we need those. So, I think they're they're valuable partners. I think we're getting uh good value for that funding.
