[0:17] with you a few next steps about what you

[0:18] can expect to see in this building over

[0:20] the next few weeks and months. And for

[0:27] If you want to see this place when it's

[0:28] all shiny and new, come on down to the

[0:30] public open house on November 1st from

[0:32] 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you just

[0:34] can't wait, we'll be hosting a brief

[0:35] ribbon cutting ceremony on September

[0:37] 22nd from 4:45 to 5:15 p.m. right

[0:40] outside the new council chambers. This

[0:43] will be a quick event and no building

[0:44] tours are available. The new senior

[0:46] center located inside the building won't

[0:48] be fully open right away. Senior center

[0:50] staff are easing programming into the

[0:51] new space starting in early October once

[0:54] final touches are complete. The utility

[0:56] dropbox you may have used at the old

[0:57] city hall building is no longer in use.

[0:59] A drive-up dropbox will be installed at

[1:01] new city hall and will be available once

[1:03] it's fully operational. In the meantime,

[1:05] check out the news item on our website

[1:06] to find details on how to pay. Phase two

[1:08] of the Civic Campus project is underway

[1:10] north of City Hall in City Center Park

[1:12] and is scheduled for completion in 2026.

[1:15] It'll create a vibrant downtown park

[1:17] with an accessible playground, splash

[1:19] fountain, pavilion, performance stage,

[1:22] pickleball courts, and gathering spaces.
