Um however, due to some um not necessarily push back, but some forms that we were missing from the state, uh we were waiting for Blue Agave's liquor license application to come through, which is being presented to you this evening.
Then looking at landscaping and tree preservation, they are meeting all of our minimum requirements. They're exceeding the minimum 50% open space. They have at least three trees per single family lot. They also have boulevard trees placed every 45 ft and meeting our street tree standards.

Sort of inherent in licensing or permitting... is the ability to revoke or terminate uh permits you've already granted for non-compliance.
Our current ordinance ordinance is a little clunky and difficult to enforce because music isn't outright prohibited at 10 p.m. the volume needs to decrease. And so the way that we measure and determine if there's a violation is also um difficult for us to do. And so this streamlines the process, makes it clear, makes it easy for us to enforce.
