[0:56] The Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport has started a construction project that includes [1:01] essential airfield maintenance to ensure the continued safety and efficiency of their [1:06] operations. The project will involve temporary runway closures which may affect flight patterns [1:12] and noise levels in Apple Valley and surrounding communities. [1:46] The improved complex is expected to be ready for use by the summer of 2026. Construction also [1:53] continues at Redwood Park as existing facilities have been cleared to make way for the new pool and [1:59] a modern community building. Also included are new sport courts and Apple Valley's first ever [2:05] inclusive playground designed for all ages and abilities to enjoy. The project is expected to [2:11] wrap up next spring and construction at Kelly Park continues as portions of the park have undergone [2:17] site grading.
