We are in our third year of the read Act. It is, I believe, our final year. As we wrap up with uh the remaining teachers, we are required by law to have anou with the teachers unit, the Burnsville Education Association, where the funding from the state is to be distributed to teachers who complete the training.
The board each fall will identify certain priorities for different types of positions that are protected for the upcoming school year because of specialized training, certifications, credentials, whatever that may be.
If we're making changes, if like recognizing that um that that that we're reviewing the pathways and it's been 10 years since we created the pathways, let's say we identify um that there is a pathway out there that we don't offer and we want to add it. What would the timing be for reviewing having audited our pathways along with the staffing for it to be able to make this work.
