[0:00] [music] [0:03] Hi, I'm Greg Lindberg, city manager here [0:05] in Burnsville. Uh today we're back on [0:07] the police city hall project site. We [0:09] made a lot of progress over the past few [0:11] weeks and I'm joined by Matias, who's [0:13] our project manager from Krauss [0:15] Anderson. Matias, good to see you. [0:16] >> Good to see you again, Greg. [0:17] >> Tell uh tell us what's been happening [0:19] here at the project site. [0:20] >> It's been an exciting way to close out [0:22] 2025 on the lower level city hall. As [0:25] you can see, we're finishing up interior [0:27] wall framing. We've began sheetrocking [0:29] and topping out of walls and finishing [0:31] up MEP roughens on the upper level city [0:33] hall. We recently completed our pre-cast [0:35] plank pour and this week beginning to [0:38] set interior wall framing on the [0:40] exterior of the building. The past two [0:43] weeks we finished up installing exterior [0:45] brick and next week we'll be starting [0:47] exterior window systems. Biggest [0:49] accomplishment in December here was [0:50] finishing up the roofing for the city [0:52] hall edition so that way we're enclosed [0:54] throughout the course of the rest of the [0:55] winter. Well, I tell you, we certainly [0:57] appreciate the work that you are doing [0:58] and all of the workers on site. It's [1:01] incredible to see the progress and I [1:02] know the community is excited as the [1:04] buildings come out of the ground and all [1:05] the progress happening now inside.
