The first item on the agenda is our announcements. Our announcements have to do with all of our upcoming meetings. Regular council meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, November 25th at 5:30 p.m. Uh but because it's rescheduled from November 18th because council members will be at the National League of Cities conference and so it's instead of November 18th, we will be meeting November 25th. And then the next council meeting is Tuesday, [clears throat] December 2nd at 5:30 p.m. [snorts] We have a work session that's scheduled for Monday, November 10th at 5:30 p.m. And we're meeting on a Monday because Tuesday is a holiday. It's Veterans Day. And we have a special work session that's scheduled uh this is our quarterly roundt with our leadership staff. And that is today, Monday, November 3rd, at 5:45 p.m. in Dakota B. All meetings of the Burnsville City Council is held here in the chambers unless I uh announce that they it will be at a different location. The next item on the agenda is citizens comments. This is the opportunity for anyone to speak to the council on an item that is not on the printed agenda and not in application form that would be coming before us at a future date. Has will be opening up a new restaurant called the La Labios Locos located at the 3809 Highway 13 West, which is the location of the Los Grandes. He has applied for an on sale liquor license and a Sunday liquor license, submitted all the appropriate documentation, and has passed the background check. The staff does recommend approval of the liquor license, but city code does require a public hearing for all new liquor licenses. >> Okay.
