Automobile repair is permitted within the C4 District through a special use permit. So the proposed use is consistent with both the comprehensive plan and the zoning ordinance.
We took a look at it as from a parking yield standpoint, what's necessary for that site. And taking a look at it as a mixed-use facility, the parking for the entire site was was adequate for it.
Our plan is only to take in what we can get done during that working day. Um if something has to stay overnight, it would be maybe a maximum maybe one to two days if we're waiting for parts or something, but we're not going to be doing any major repair like engines, transmissions where it would require the vehicle to be down for extended period of time.
Looking at the building construction itself being individual theaters, there in the past there's a lot of noise attenuation between those walls that's still in place right now.
