I live near a similar landlocked pond that is in the southern part of ember grove and I'm struggling to understand why the city allowed MNDOT to put a giant storm water drain into our pond a couple years ago that's causing it to overflow and drown all the trees in the neighborhood and drown the road that goes into our 12 home sub development...
