Lakeville Fire Department Open House Community Outreach Event

Brit from the Lakeville Fire Department presented details of an upcoming community open house featuring multiple interactive safety demonstrations and educational activities. Participating organizations include CenterPoint Energy, Dakota Electric, Dakota County Special Operations, and 911 Dispatch. Activities include water spray demonstrations with firefighters, smoke-filled room safety training, fire extinguisher practice, vehicle extrication demonstrations, car seat safety education, and equipment displays. A local food vendor (Lost Tortillas food truck) will provide meals, with complimentary cookies and root beer also available.
