Scanel Properties presented plans for a new development featuring a 75,000 sq ft Domino's supply chain distribution center (relocation and expansion) on one lot and a 75,000 sq ft manufacturing building with a planned 25,000 sq ft addition on another. The conditional use permit was required to accommodate temporary excess parking (150% of minimum) for the manufacturing building, which will fall below the 125% threshold once the addition is completed. The project is expected to create 45 new jobs. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval.
