firefighter year is an individual that we select by looking at their performance measures uh and then our values that we have as a department as far as competency uh how they perform in and around the fire department and then uh peer nominations of people that see those same traits

every call we run is isn't really ever successful because of just one person it really is a collective kind of team effort of everyone that's on the crew for um that specific call

in a time when we're we're every industry is looking for individuals to hire and have high performers it's always neat to see that we find find individuals like that that are here and that are willing to to spend their extra time serving their community
