[0:00] Hi, I'm Casey with the Lakeville Parks
[0:02] and Recreation Department here to give
[0:04] you a preview of some of our adult
[0:06] classes. Whether you're looking to
[0:08] relax, create, connect with nature or
[0:10] get moving, we have a variety of classes
[0:12] to choose from. Participants have loved
[0:15] the floral design workshops and our wild
[0:18] edibles foraging classes that we offer
[0:20] monthly throughout the summer. Looking
[0:22] to learn how plants can be used for
[0:24] health and wellness? Join us for basics
[0:26] of herbalism, where you'll learn how to
[0:28] incorporate natural remedies into your
[0:30] daily lives.
[0:32] For those of you looking to get active,
[0:34] we offer pickle ball lessons and leagues
[0:36] and various yoga classes and workshops.
[0:38] To learn more information about these
[0:40] programs and all of our adult offerings,
[0:43] please visit the parks and recreation
[0:44] web page on the city of Lakeville's
[0:46] website or by calling us at
[0:48] 952-985-4600.
