The agreement includes a 2.5% increase to salaries year one of the contract and 2.5% increase to salaries year two of the contract. Also included are increases to longevity, higher ed stipends, and HRA contributions. This tentative agreement falls within board approved parameters with a total package cost of 8.23% and is recommended for approval. ## Funding Source: District Wide General Operations ## Presenter: Brenda Albrecht
